Peter Kostogiannis, Broker of Record and President of Rockwell Commercial Real Estate, is announcing the launch of Rockwell Commercial Real Estate, an independent commercial real estate brokerage based in Kingston and serving southeastern Ontario.
Rockwell Commercial leverages the over 100 years of real estate experience of its brokers in addition to the expertise of their support team. Rockwell Commercial will continue to be located at 78 Brock Street following the May 14 planned conclusion of Cushman & Wakefield Kingston’s alliance agreement.
“We look forward to this exciting new chapter for our team, while still offering the same excellent service and the same seasoned industry expertise to our clients,” said Martin Skolnick, Broker and Vice President with Rockwell Commercial Real Estate. “One key advantage is that we will now be able to more effectively partner with all the large multinational commercial real estate brands. The name Rockwell Commercial hearkens back to Peter, Martin, and support staff member Carolyn Dash’s early days in commercial real estate and was the name used prior to the company’s affiliation with a national brand in 1996.

Rockwell Commercial will continue to serve its existing clients as well as interested new clients, offering commercial real estate services. The Rockwell team services Kingston, Belleville, Cobourg, Peterborough, Prince Edward County, Gananoque, Brockville, and all territories in between.
